American Glory BBQ isn’t your typical rib joint or roadhouse. We’re a contemporary American gastropub, housed in meticulously restored historic buildings. Our flagship restaurant is located in Hudson NY, and our second location in Tannersville, high in the Catskill Mountains. Our ambiance is redbrick, dark wood, Edison lights, black and white photos of American icons, and custom playlists contribute to our industrial, steampunk vibe. Easy going and inviting, the mouthwatering aroma of fresh food and smoked meats, fills the house, as live music and roaring laughter tumble through the restaurant always.

American Glory specializes in the bounty of the American melting pot. Such as Italian American, German American, Irish-American, Spanish American, Polish American, good ole down home southern comfort foods and the list goes on. Owner Joe Fierro’s vast travels have given him the opportunity to feast and imbibe on regional American foods, craft beer, artisan libations, and fine brown whiskeys, thus learning their history, traditions, seasonings, flavors, and techniques. This is where he refined his palate and learned many different cooking methods while experimenting with the nation’s selection of craft beer, artesian libations and fine brown whiskeys… His love for food and beverages, the art of Americanizing ethnic dishes, fire, smoke, and an outstanding beverage program make American Glory the outstanding restaurant it is today.
