Our main bakery sits along a busy country road on the outskirts of a town that no longer exists. The pristine woods across the road from us are dense and clear, separating our Route 28 bakery from the Ashokan Reservoir – a body of fresh, clean water that eventually makes its way to the taps of New York City’s finest fountains and faucets. Boiceville is small rustic place with good air, kind people and our cafe has become a perfect stopping point for skiers heading to Belleayre and Hunter Mountain, or anyone else enjoying the lush and comforting Catskill Mountains. Arriving at our main bakery is always a treat with the smells of fresh baked bread wafting around the building. Dropping in gives you instant access to many breakfast options, a full lunch menu, handmade pastries and of course, a large selection of our fresh-baked bread. We also serve our Counter Culture espresso-based drinks and drip coffee, along with Harney and Son’s tea
