About Us
Since 2014, we have been proudly serving our wonderful community of Beacon, N.Y., freshly baked bread and home-cooked meals from scratch. We continue to offer a variety of bread loaves and pastries made daily. Our cafe includes quick-order seating and an espresso bar. Adjacent to the cafe, our full-service restaurant and bar serve breakfast, lunch, coffees, and libations all day!

Bakery + Cafe
Our French-style bread is made fresh by hand every morning, exclusively using organic King Arthur Flour to ensure superior quality and flavor. In addition, our bakery team focuses on using seasonal, responsibly-sourced ingredients for various breakfast pastries and desserts, including croissants with imported French butter, financiers, canelés, and much more! Our espresso bar holds the same quality standards for specialty coffees. Our baristas will make your perfect brew using only locally-roasted beans, local Hudson Valley Fresh milk, and handcrafted syrups.

Bar + Brunch
With a full-service, private dining room, our scratch kitchen serves brunch all day. Over 80% of our products are prepared, cured, smoked, and created in-house from our beet-cured salmon, kimchi, compotes, and everything in-between. Our bar serves brunch cocktails, beer, wine, and cider. Outdoor patio service is available seasonally! So come happy and enjoy the experience!
