Opened in 1995, Cosimo’s Middletown is located on Route 211 East in Middletown, conveniently near the Galleria at Crystal Run.

Our restaurant offers beautifully decorated private rooms with delicious options for family-style or buffet dining. Our Wine Cellar at Middletown is also available for private parties of up to 100 people.
