Opened in 1992, Cosimos on Union was the first Cosimos Brick Oven restaurant. It is located on Route 300 in Newburgh with convenient access to I-84 and the New York State Thruway.

Our restaurant offers beautifully decorated private rooms with delicious options for family-style or buffet dining. Our Wine Cellar at Cosimos on Union is also available for private parties of up to 25 people. In an intimate setting rich with mahogany woodwork and surrounded by our award-winning wine collection, your party can enjoy exclusive wine tastings and food pairing menus for a decadently memorable gathering.
